Delete Your Data

Last updated: 22 July 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of the data associated with your HuruVPN app (developer: HuruVPN), what data is deleted, what may be kept, and how long the process takes. HuruVPN is used without an email or login — you connect as an anonymous guest — so there is no personal account to sign in to. The steps below let you request removal of the anonymous records tied to your app installation.

In short: email [email protected] with your device identifier and we delete your anonymous device and VPN records within 30 days.

How to request deletion

  1. Find your device identifier. Open the HuruVPN app → Menu → Settings → About / Device, and note the Device ID shown there. (If you can't open the app, just describe your device — brand and model — in your email; it helps us locate the record.)
  2. Send us an email. Write to [email protected] from any email address, with the subject line "Delete my data".
  3. Include your Device ID (from step 1) in the message so we can identify the records to remove. If you activated a Premium coupon, you may also include the coupon code.
  4. We confirm and delete. We verify the request and permanently delete the associated records, then reply to confirm.

Alternatively, uninstalling the app stops all data collection immediately; the associated anonymous records are then removed automatically after a period of inactivity (see retention below).

What data is deleted

Because HuruVPN keeps a strict no-activity-logs policy, we never held any record of the websites you visited, your DNS queries, or the content of your traffic — so there is nothing of that kind to delete.
